Each Head of Delegation shall be provided with 30pcs wristbands (20 for Ninoy Aquino Stadium Seats and 10 for Track Oval Seats)It willa be distributed to the HODs by the assigned PSC Coordinators as early as 1pm at the Philippine Sports Commission Main GateOnly HODs are allowed to claim and tasked to distribute to their participantsOnly 30pcs per LGU shall be provided regardless of both BP and PNG participationNO WRISTBANDS, NO ENTRY.
SOLIDARITY MEETING
Attendance is a mustLGUs who will not be able to attend the Solidarity meeting will lose their right to file any protest during the BP-PNGWe will be accepting representative in case that the Head Coaches are not availble on the scheduled time and dateThe schedule is posted at the official websites and Facebook of BP-PNG.
TRANSPORTATION

BILLETING FACILITIES
Athletes and coaches (only) from all regions, except NC
R, shall be provided with billeting facilities in Deped schools within the cities of Manila, Pasay, Makati & San JuanThe billeting facilities are open from 16 to 23 December 2023Note that last day of classes for Christmas break is 15 December

All participating Local Government Units must bring their official LGU FLAGS to be used during the Opening Ceremony parade
